Depends on how much it is leaking. I would check the oil every so often depending on how much oil it was leaking.

04 sedona wont start after changing diesel filter!

Yes big time ,fit a non return valve in the feed line from the filter to the pump ,you have a air leak somewhere and i would suspect the rubber o ring in the top of the filter housing, its running back when you leave it because of the air leak

My 2004 kia's engine pops and stalls before starting. Antifreeze is leaking somewhere that can not be seen. Exhaust smells like antifreeze

blown head gasket. Your coolant is leaking into the combustion chambers and you are burning it. If you can still drive it you might want to try putting in K&W block sealer. Follow the directions carefully and this may prolong the inevetable. Need your heads inspected and new head gasket.

Oil leak on right side under top engine cover

your valve cover gasket may have blown. This can happen if you overfill above the required dipstick level. take off the valve cover and check the gasket. Better to be under the level than over. The oil preassure will try to blow from where ever there is a weak gasket.
