Where is the 12v power outlet in a 2007 Toyota avalon. location

Likely has blend air door not working due to bad actutor or vacuum line leak (or bad check valve to vacuum reservior)

could be it is only to be used for a cigaret lighter

First check all fuses, second check for 12v power at the connector to th rear window, a test light or volt meter on dc voltage,if there is power use an ohm meter to check the window grid with the power connector disconnected.if open the connection is either open or bad. if there was no power at the connector check the power from switch all the way back to the window

you should be able to access taillights through the trunk unloosen 2 or 3 fasteners and the globe where the bulbs are located.

May be labeled Convenience Outlet

no power outlet

Disconnect your battery for 10 minutes after which you connect it back the lights should go off. Don't report to toyota. Nigerian style!
