If only ONE direction does not work - and you have checked the bulb - either the relay or the switch are faulty.

There is not a common fuse for these, but they both have the Air Bag sliding Contact in common ( some times called the clock spring ).
To replace this, you need to remove the air bag, don't know how well you know SRS work.
