Difficult without more info however Old school 1 are the batteries in the fob good, are there any fault lights on dash?2 have you removed any components like ignition switch, steering column, bonnet immobiliser switch on inner mudguard? 3 Check connections on this switch or hold down while trying to start car.

should not fit 95/98 range rover is p38 model after this a new model was introduced that is noticeably different , could be wrong though!

The brake calipers need to be bled of the air in the lines or you will need to check the brake fluid.

if it's the big range rover then unscrew the upper side and then simply pull it out...if it's range rover sport then you can see clips to be released on the top and then pull it out.

There are 4 bolts that hold it on and they go through the two front frame members under the bumper. They are the biggest bolts under the front of the truck and will align with the brush guard. From the factory the bolts are already there. Hope that helps!

The main plate should be on the fron cross member above the grill. Engine number underneath the spark plugs, left bank above exhaust outlet.

I think some earlier vehicles had a number stamped on the drivers side door area.

the main fixing bolt holes are usually below the front bumper, at the sump guardand behind the front grille for the secondary holes

check plugs......check that you grounded both sides of the fuel wire harness to STEEL....not the manifold because it is aluminum...not a good metal for electricility....you will blow the fuel pump fuse and relay....check both....about $10 bucks and change
