I have a 1994 Buick century and all of a sudden the tail lights and the dash lights are not working they worked fine before. I have checked the fuses and all of them seem to be fine( in the glove box). I do not know if there are anymore fuses anywhere else. I had a Monte Carlo with the same engine3.1 and it had the same problem I fixed it by finding another fuse area under the hood of the car but I can not find any other fuse boxes on this one. Please let me know what to do this is my wifes car and I need to make it safe for her.I am really stumped on this one. Thank you for any help you can give me.
By the info that you gave, I would have to say (guess) that it would be your wifes headlight switch. Because it is possible for the headlights to still work when the switch goes. The headlights, taillights, dash lights, dome light, and dimmer all work off the headlight switch and only part of the switch can go and the other part still be good and functioning.
