The Brass is Bronze and provides protection AGAINST CORROSION for the apprentice who knows everything...!!! Last Shot Auto Parts Designed a sucessful part modeled exactly as Prior Cadillac Models and it is specific to the DIRECT APPLICATION of the BUSHINGS required by GM ENGINEERS !!!!

Waltons Mfg parts will not hold up with flexing the urethane....... they tell you to lower the assembly to ride conditions then tighten !!???!!! With the Last Shot Auto Parts LLC the Upper Bushing Rotates as it should on the 954 Bronze Bearing Bushing ( by the way it is the same material used for your rod bearings in the motor !!)

POLYurethane parts won't last !! SECONDLY CERTIFIED MECHANICS WON'T INSTALL THEM FOR YOU FOR A REASON !!! THEY DON'T WANT TO BE LIABLE!!

All of it documented and Patented !! PAT PENDING on both Bushings for a reason !! THEY WORK THE BEST !!

CHECK OUT "LSAPLLC" ON EBAY AND SEE THE FEEDBACK FOR YOURSELF

WE HAVE THE ONLY PRODUCT PATENTED DIRECTLY FOR THE APPLICATION ......

WHY MESS WITH THE REST..... WHEN YOU CAN HAVE THE BEST ? ! !

This video should make the replacement process very simple for you. It is the same for any Deville from 1994 to 1999. I believe it also applies to some Seville and Eldorados, but i am not sure about exactly which years.

Best price I have seen on rear bushings is dormanproducts.com. I have a 1995 cadillac deville and upper and lower are $33.90 each side. An individual can not purchase directly from Dorman, bur you can go to their site and speaqk with live specialist to get your part number and where it can be purchased. I purchased mine thru Dorman via Amazon.com. 1995 Deville part # is 905-504. I am sure you will find this helpful. God Bless

Mike the owner of cadillacbushings.com has new site trying to ride on Last Shot Auto Parts, LLC reputation and name, and SLAP DOWN their product too with:

www.lastshotautopart.com

WHAT DOES THAT TELL YOU about WWW.CADILLACBUSHINGS.COM?

Polyurethane parts SQUEAK and SO DOES THE DISHONEST UNETHICAL OWNER!

Then check out real bushings at WWW.LSAPLLC.COM the REAL Last Shot Auto Parts LLC website !!

The best solution is the product offered by Walton Manufacturing (www.waltonmfg.com). This is a Canadian company that has designed a product specifically for this application. Last Shot offers parts that are meant for other applications and have been turned down to fit the Cadillac knuckles. They offer brass washers to make the length correct but brass will cause rapid corrosion the the control arms. If you are interested in what is involved in replacing the bushings, there is a complete set of instructions on the Walton Manufacturing web page.

How to repair vw

Lift Vehicle and place on axle stands. Remove wheels. Disconnect the lower control arm from the bolts that hold the ball joint, or from the knuckle. Undo the rear two bolts that hold the ''D'' shaped rear bush and the bolt that holds the forward bush. Have it pressed out and replace with new one. Reverse the procedure for installation. While the arm is out check the condition of the ball joints and replace if needed. After assembly have the front wheel alignment checked.

Why my rear wheel is not straight like the front wheel.........

this is probably from a failed suspension bush and or spring/ shocky . Have it inspected by an accredited suspension specialist . When done ensure that the rear wheels are properly aligned as their alignment affects the front wheel alignment.

Rear upper and lower control arms life replaced at 70k,replaced at 85k, replaced at 100k,replaced at 115k now at124k needs to be replaced again what could be problem?

Have you had a four wheel alignment done recently? Do you replace all the links in their entirety, or just the bushes? If just the bushes, try an aftermarket set of poly bushes?
what happened just before 70k? Did you have a crash? Did you damage the axle/housing (bent rear axle)?
please tell us how you solved this problem as it could help someone else in the future..thanks.

Yes, but not always cost effective. Some performance aftermarket companies have them available, and Ebay is as good as any source for locating them.

How hard is it to change my rear control arm bushings to poly bushings. I know how to take them apart. Do I need a press to change the bushings? 2002 focus zts

Yes, you will need a press. I've replaced rear control arms in these before (Didnt bother with just the bushings) and they are a pain in the ***. In most cases the bushings seaze onto the bolts, and its a constant fight to get everything to break apart. I believe i had to cut a couple bolts off too.

2002 Pontiac Aztek - AWD disable light and Anti Lock Light

AWD disabled from a sensor unit in rear differential that senses high temp. This thing is over $300. Whine is from fluid. Need to change fluid. This versatrack fluid is about $40 per bottle and you need 3 bottles. Thumping noise is from loose rear knuckle bushings. These are part of the entire rear knuckle assy. and you must replace complete knuckle.
