Had EGR valve replaced, emissions warning light came back on, had a glow-plug replaced, light cam back on, garage seems to be guessing at rubbish clogging valve up again. It seems like they reset the warning, you can drive the car away and everything is fine. Next time you start it the warning comes on again.

Its a renault what else do you expect,the electrics so complicated and encrypted ?? evan dealers have a job diagnosing.Only one way without fancy equipment and thats to put two motors side by side and and swop bits till you get it right,FAVOURITE DEALER TRICK .glow plug nothing to do with this fault ,disconnect the valve that connects the exhaust manifold with the inlet manifold by removing the thin pipe with the rubber end so its not operating and disconnect any electrical connection and see what happens.their is also a sensor on the throttle pedal under dash that can play upbut iam sure its the recycle thingy or whatever you want to call it discomunicate it as older cars never had one and it will still pass emissions test ok.
