Hello Hi, my 2003 nissan sentra just died while I was driving it and it has the p0335 code, I had a fuel pump/sensor error code for awhile and ignored it :( now this happens. do you think my problem could be related to the fuel pump/sensor and crank angle sensor, or just the sensor. And could you tell me where on my car thats located? Thank You!!!

Could you please tell me where this sensor is located and if possible where I might find some downloadable diagrams for this and other sensor related issues for my Hyundai. I have a feeling I'm going to need them. I have had my car diagnosed today after it broke down and this code was listed so, now I must determine where this sensor is and who to fix it...thanks!

After the new sensors are installed and the code still comes back, replace the timing chain. They have been known to stretch and cause the P0335 code on these engines.

Unfortunately, replacing a sensor only fixes the problem about half the time. The code means the computer is not getting a signal from the sensor, not that the sensor has failed.
The problem could be in the wiring, or the part that the sensor gets the signal from.

disconnect the fuel line at the fuel filter or the fuel rail which ever is easier to get too, then try to start the car if it sprays fuel it is not the pump if it does not then you know it is the pump.

I drive a 2003 Nissan Sentra SE-R Spec V.
My car suddenly stalled 1 day and the engine wouldn\'t turn over. Brought it to my mechanic and had the Camshaft position sensor replaced by my mechanic. The car ran fine for about 2 weeks and then the light was back on with the initial symptoms.

Took the car into the dealership and they diagnosed it again as P0335. Said that the mechanic hadn\'t installed the sensor correctly. Charged me a bunch of money to replace the thing and not too long ago the check engine light is on. The Revs bounce around everywhere. Checked the code again and it\'s P0335 yet again! Am in talks with the dealership to get to the bottom of this...
