SOURCE: My headlights on my 1997 Jeep Wrangler will not

I retract my entire solution, having not read correctly your situation. You may simply have lost a body ground wire.????

SOURCE: headlights do not work

if you checked the fuses for the headlights, pull back on turnsignal handle to see if you have high beam over ride,
if you do i would think it was the headlight switch

SOURCE: 94 wrangler. All my brake lights don't work

The ground is actually connected to the brass part of the bulb. The part of the socket that touches the brass part. If you use a test light that is properly grounded and it lights when you touch it to the bump inside the bottom of the socket that the bottom (lead) part of the bulb touches, and when someone presses on the brake the test light goes on, then the socket ground is bad. I've seen tons of them completely rot off. Many times no one notices when one lamp is out 'till the other one goes out. So it may not be a wiring problem. 99% of all failures I've ever seen were at the wiring end connections, not in the long run inside the vehicle where they are well protected. Make sure there is voltage going into the switch and out of the switch when the brake is depressed. Otherwise anything you do in the back won't work.

SOURCE: My 1999 Jeep wrangler Horn is not working the

Hello, I believe you may have a broken clock spring which is located in your steering wheel. Mine did this some time ago and I had it replaced. I am pretty skilled at repair work but I left this to the stealership/mechanic incase they accidentally deploy the airbag in the process of fixing it their money not mine. Good luck and let me know if I am correct or if I can offer any other help.

Dash lights don't work 1992 jeep wrangler

try turning the headlight knob left to right several times, and jiggle the switch at night. Also check your fuse panel should be a 10 amp or less fuse that says "Insr" or something like it.

Both headlights out on 1997 Jeep Wrangler. Don't see a fuse in the box in the dashboard indicating headlamps. Looked in the engine compartment, but don't know which fuse to check.

There is a fuse box under the hood on the passenger side remove the cover and the #10 fuse is for the headlamps. Look on under side of cover for fuse #s.

1999 Jeep Wrangler 4cyl W/AC, Blower quit, replaced blower motor, resistor, control panel, fuse and relay. Still nothing. Wires look good with no burnt connetions. I can not find a diagram to map the fuse...

Run a new wire to the motor from the switch this will do 2 things for you. It will tell you if your switch is still good, and if it works you just fixed your problem.

98 jeep tj, dash light/taillights/licence plate light don't work

disconnect head lights, and replace fuse. Then turn the light back on to see if it blow a fuse again. if not, plug on light in at a time. You might have a bad headlight???? then unplug that one if nothing happens. Then plug the other one in. It could also be a bad taillight bulb. I have had bad tail light bulbs. Do all of them, one at a time.
