Back wiper wont work, have tried replacing the fuse and even bought a new rear wiper motor, it has no power going in to it
The most likely cause of your problem would be broken wires inside the conduit that runs between the body and the lift gate. This is VERY COMMON for most vehicles that are equipped with rear wiper systems. (It is also the first place I look when the high-mount brake lamp will not work and the bulb has no power going to it.)

There are three possible points of failure; the motor, the parking switch, and finally the switch that turns it on.
Obviously, the motor is located in the hatch itself but also there will be a parking switch that supplies power to the motor after the user switch is turned off and until the blade is in the park position.
The user switch is of course located on the dash or in a stalk on the steering column.
To find the culprit (and for future use around the home and cars), I recommend that everyone should own a cheap digital multimeter.
They are available from Radio Shack and auto parts stores for under $20 US and if you have a Harbor Freight Tool store in your area, for under $10 US.
This will give you the means to check for voltage at the motor and/or continuity of it.
You should be able to eliminate the items that are working in 20 or 30 minutes.
These meters come with a simple Chinglish instruction sheet that will give you the basics in case you are not familiar with them.
You probably won't avoid opening up the inside panel(s) to gain access for your tests.

it sounds like you've traced everything except the actual switch or possible the relay. check the moter ground that goes to the body.

My 2005 tahoe did the same thing. I also bought a new motor, which did not fix. I discovered there was a bad ground. Instead of searching for bad ground, just install a short length of stranded wire with crimp terminals between a wiper motor mounting bolt and a rear glass latch assy mounting bolt to restore good grounding to the wiper motor.
