SOURCE: 2000 Toyota Corolla VE -- Glove Box Stuck

The most common cause is something inside the glove box jammed in the latch. Push glove box door release , and GENTLY insert a flat putty knife, plastic knife, or similar type tool in the groove of door, GENTLY try to pry open the door. U will probably (hopefully) find a napkin, map, or glove (does anybody actually put gloves in the glove box?) jammed in the inside latch. Let me know how u make out.

Where would I find the wireless door lock control receiver on a 2005 Toyota Sequoia?

This site should help http://www.villagetoyotaparts.com/showAssembly.aspx?ukey_product=2418097&ukey_assembly=356348

1 is the receiver 2 is the transmitter

Check for wire damage fuses connectors before changing as these parts are not cheap. I think the receiver is between 300 and $500 us. May get a used one for less but you will need to investigate the programming requirements.

What would cause the rear door latch to work in unlock and disengage when locked?

Make sure the striker plate is adjusted right. That's the piece that the door latches on to on the door frame. It should have an adjustment. You may need a special wrench to loosen it and move it to a better position. I hope this helps.

2002 Sequoia automatic locks/auto lock buttons no longer work - all doors affected

You possibly need to reprogram the lock system to match your fobs.
If it unlocks by the interior switches then its the fob programming. This site is one example you can look for. http://www.chadspictures.com/automotive/How-To-Program-Toyota-Key-Fob/ If this is not the issue the computer that does the door locks could have died or you can look for the door lock fuse or a cut or pinched wire (due to other damage in an accident or from prior mods you did). Other possibilities include intermittent door solenoids if you can use the interior switch you can click it open and closed until you find the one that does not work every time. Change it out as it can leave your vehicle unlocked or it might interrupt the system. worst case it could be the chassis computer this site sells some http://www.automotix.net/usedautoparts/2008-toyota-sequoia-chassis_computer-product-i88489256n.html?gclid=CKfowo60gb8CFQQOaQodGqUArQ . If the shift lock system is screwed up it could be casing issues also but that's a long shot.

2004 Toyota Sequoia. Driver door will not lock or unlock with remote. All other doors lock and unlock with remote, but not the driver door.

remote door lock basically unlocks and locks using air pressurized not wires or gears air pressure is directed from a little pump that compresses the air to shoot out the lock probably it is the air line not the pump itself

HOW TO OPEN HATCH BACK LOCK, IF ITS BROKEN

the sequoia hatchback handle breaking is a known problem due to the extremely low quality of the plastic. 1st you have to open the back door! there is a small pin to the right side of the hatchback door exterior handle. bend a coat hanger and put it on the small pin, pull down and the door will open. Then remove inside panel and you can undo screws and replace the hatchback door handle.

04 sequoia will not unlock on rear door... handle was replaced and after 2-3 times will not open.

This is a very common problem with the early model Sequoias. The handle assembly has a poor design.

There is an extended thread about this problem on www.tundrasolutions.com. Go to the Sequoia section. There are several threads that give step by step instructions on disassembling the door and repairing the lock and handle. There are also several suggestions about steps to take to keep the problem from recurring.
