The condensation drain tube on air conditioner is stoped up
SOURCE: condensate drain
I have the same problem and have been told it is underneath on the passenger side, but still an unable to find it..
SOURCE: Excessive condensation on all windows, have to use defrost on high at all times
I have the same problem and this was due to the air supply under the bonnet of the car. You have to release the plasticcover just below the screenwipers pull out the airfilter (it is a bit narrow so be carefull with your hand). Behind the airfilter there is a flap. In my case this flap is down, which cloes the airstream. OPen this flap by moving it upwards and lock it there with tape or something and the problem is solved. The only thing is that you can not close the air inlet with the button on your dashboard, but at least the major problem is solved.

SOURCE: Where is the location of the air-conditioner condensate drain location on a 1998 chysler LX minivan?
It comes through the firewall on the passenger side about three inches above the floorpan level. It may not have a hose attached. If it does it will be a 90 degree angle hose that tapers at the end.
SOURCE: My Air Conditioner Drain is plugged. Where is the
-- open the driver's door
-- locate where the air conditioner blower box is attached to the passenger side of the firewall - see photo #1 - look to the immediate right at the top of the gas pedal arm
-- condensation flows toward the front of the vehicle through the firewall at the leftmost edge of the air conditioner blower box - drain channel
-- open the hood and stand next to the front wheel on the driver's side
-- look down at the firewall over the battery and to the passenger side of the brake master cylinder - see photo #2
-- locate the small diameter metal lines running horizontally and attached to the engine compartment firewall
-- locate the hole in the engine compartment firewall panel behind the small diameter metal brake lines
-- this hole leads to the drain opening in the air conditioner blower box mounted in the passenger compartment
-- follow the brake lines as they run from under the vehicle and turn toward the front wheel on the driver's side
-- locate the hole in the engine compartment panel behind the brake lines
-- insert a short length of stiff wire into the hole through the engine compartment panel to unblock the drain hole
SOURCE: exact location of A/C drain tube
Open hood, near center on firewall at back of engine, below and about midway between the AC lines and steering column, a small rubber "L" nipple should be visible, if not, line is draining under dash at the firewall, if it is, it may be clogged again. Find a mechanic that you trust and have them them clean it out for you.
If your vehicle
has an A/C drain hose, it will be located on the engine side of the
firewall, below where the two A/C lines go through the firewall.

SUBJECT: Condensate Drain Tube Eliminated
MODELS:
1994-1995 (AN) Dakota
1993-1995 (XJ) Cherokee
DISCUSSION:
The above vehicles no longer use an air conditioner condensate drain
tube. Cherokee's built after September 3, 1993 (MDH 09-03-xx) and
Dakota's built after June 1, 1994 (MDH 06-01-xx) no longer need the
condensate drain tube. Do not install in the field or submit a shortage
and error request.
Somewhere just below
the Suction and Liquid Lines you will see a small black hose coming
through the firewall and pointing down. This is the A/C drain hose. Take
a piece of wire and snake out the hose. This will clear the blockage
and allow the water to drain out.
You may have to remove the drain hose completely. If so, it just pulls right out and you can slip it back on easily enough.
