When oil is cold it is thicker and stays [on]coats metal as oil warms up it thins out and flows better[makes it thinner will hear ticking] sounds like a bad lifter or even camshaft lobe problem ,could also have a problem with a loose or out of adjustment rocker arm

does it go tick tick tick tick and when it warms up it stops or goes quiet?
its your lifters not getting enough oil
when u change your oil it will stop till that oil gets worn out
you will have to replace the lifters or it can also be a slack oil pump not pumping oil around the engine like it should

SOURCE: Noisy rattle in engine compartment of 2003 Impala on cold start.

Take a broom handle(with the broom removed) or long heavy dowel rod , start the engine when cold and place one end of handle to your ear and the other to different parts non-moving parts of the engine compartment, including the engine to narrow down  the location of the noise.

SOURCE: Lifter ticking when I start my 1999 Chevy Tahoe

Your lifters have become clogged over the years. Its only after the oil warms up and thins out does it allow oil to "pump up" the lifters. That's why it goes quiet after 5 min. There are several different brands of additives on the market that can fix this problem ,unless you have a more serious mechanical problem, which I doubt.Check your local auto parts store for the additive. Just add it to your oil and "wham!" problem solved. Good Luck!

Ticking sounds like a dry lifter, when was the last time you changed the oil and filter? Humming sounds like you need a tire rotation because of uneven tire wear.

Vibrating noise at 2-3 rpm during acceleration after car warm up.

Is there a way you can Clarify your Question? There is a lot of words that are not meaning anything.. Is 2-3 RPM an accurate comment or are you meaning 2,000 - 3,000 RPM ?

Rattling Coming from Engine At low RPM (stopped) and when accl.

If this sounds like a tin can rattle it is likely a loose heat shield on top of the catalytic converter. They come loose after time and corrosion take their toll.

Are you sure that the noise is a rattle? lifters make a ticking noise, pistons, piston pins and bearing rattle, lifter tick goes away in seconds, piston and bearing related noises take longer, and in the case of rod bearing not at all, it sounds like you may have piston noise, and in that case I would not worry about it, I would run a few cans of combustion chamber cleaner with you next 2 fill ups, carbon build up on the the # 1 piston ring land can cause the piston to "rock" in the cylinder and make a rattle type noise. I have a 1996 Corvette that has a rattle, it is a piston, GM checked it and told me not to worry about it, of course that advice cost $50.00. Also this type of noise is common to the later production 3.8L V6. Hope this sets your fears of a large repair bill to rest, just drive it, but make sure you use the correct oil and change it when recommended.
