97 camry headlights stay on

check the light sensor on top off dash near windshield above glove box for obstruction i have a 2000 Camry with lights on at dusk and dark feature, the lights come on at dusk and you cant shut off the lights unless the engine is off,if that is what you are experincing that is normal if that is not a feature on that car than i need more info hope thatshelpfull

Did u ever figure it out ? Mine are doing same thing only work during the day and shut off when I turn lights on and don't work at night. I've changed all fuses and relays, still doing the same thing. I'm hoping it's not wiring issue

from under the hood charley. reach in twist out put in new.

The traction control switch is to the right of the steering wheel. The switch must be turned off every time the engine is restarted, prior to dyno testing.

Will the headlights go out if the parking brake is applied?

i would first check the taillight bulbs.
