There should be separate relays for your headlights inside the fuse panel under the hood drivers side fender

SOURCE: How do you change the headlight bulb (low beam) on

You should be able to access the buld holder from the rear of the headlight. It's a nylon bulb holder with a lock thing on it. You squeeze the lock part and turn it counterclock wise, and it should come out. Remove the old bulb and install the new one being careful not to touch the glass of the new bulb with bare fingers. The finger print you will leave can cause the bulb to prematurely die on you.

SOURCE: low beam drivers side doesn't light; high beam

Looking at the diagram, you dont say if you car has Daytime Running lights or not. The Black/White wire is gounded to make the low beam work. Ground that wire to confirm if the socket and bulb is good. If you ground the wire and the bulb works, there is a juntion block where the wire turns frm Black/white to Red/blue but I donr know how to tell you where it is. The headlight switch may be bad.

My low beams in a 1993 toyota pickup are not working. the high beams do, all other lights do as well. there is power going to all three ports in the headlight plug

Of the three wires going to the headlight bulb, one should be a ground.
If you unplug the connector you should have power on one wire for low and one for high, and one should be the ground.
If you have replaced one of the bulbs and know it is good, I would look at the dimmer switch, the headlight switch and the ground circuit.

Only my highbeams work. Low beams are not working at all. All parking lights are working.

this could be the headlight dimmer switch not switching the power back to the low beam side of the the switch, when operating the dimmer switch do you hear a click that the switch will make when changing from low to high,it you don`t this indicteds a bad switch also.make sure the low beams haven`t burnt out also(it happens)this can be done by powering up the low beam filament and suppling a ground to the ground on the bulb itself(direct feeding of the bulb).if your not sure which filament you are checking out move the power wire to the other terminal and note the difference in brightness.

Low beam head lamps don't work

From cheapest/most likely to more expensive: Replace fuse; Replace bulbs; Replace DRL Relay; Check the Ground/Low beam wires for shorts or cuts, Replace Headlight control Switch. Also make sure to check the dimmer relay, its easy to tell if your relay is bad, they will buzz and get hot if defective

Low beams not working on 2004 Toyota Tacoma

check your multi function switch (headlamp / dimmer / signal) check for power on outlet side of connector to both hi and low beams. sidebar- I have seen both low beam elements burn out together, but if you have replaced both bulbs not the issue, if not give it a shot, stranger things have happened.
