Swaped stock 4.0L with a 4.6L Stroker, engine only idles

2002 Wrangler 4.0L, swapped engine with a new Titan 4.6L Stroker.
New cam and crank sensors, 4 new o2 sensors, new 24lb injectors, new 62 mm throttle body, new Banks Headers, K&N cold air intake, new ignition coil, new map sensor, new throttle positioning sensor. 3 new "cats".
Engine will start with a flick of the key,and idle all day......once you try to add a little throttle, the engine will die.
Borrowed a computer from another 02 Wrangler, same problem.
Cleared all ''codes'' on the computer. Checked and rechecked all grounds. Fuel pump is putting out 46 pounds.
I do however think this is a problem with the ''computer'' not being able to ''read'' the new, more powerful engine.

I have a Snap-On "Soulis". I get the trouble codes for "Ignition Coil 1-2-3"......I've installed a new ignition coil, it's the "rail type" that fits over the spark plugs.

Okay.....how do I go about correcting the "fuel/computer related incompatability"? I have no idea....any suggestions?

do you have a code reader? if so are you getting any trouble codes?
sounds like a fuel delivery problem to me..
sounds like you have replaced all the sensors it has to be Fuel/Computer related incompatability

Bank 1 O2 sensor swaped with Bank 2 O2 sensor

Hi Adam, I believe the most cost effective action for you is to get the management system designed for your engine. When doing so it may well be required that you also purchase the wiring harness that goes with the replacement unit. Regards John

2002 Jeep Liberty 3.7L Engine Swap to newer 2004 engine

Has anyone made this work yet? I have the same problem 2002 jeep 3.7 and just installed a 04 motor. Timing is off. Some one had a good idea of mounting the crank gear to the out side of the harmonic ballancer and mounting the sensor with a bracket. What about the cam gear on the left side. Does the timing cahain have to come off to remove it? Or has any one swaped the wiring harnest, and computer.
