2001 dodge dakota sport with 2.5 engine idles high when I start it up, continues idling high, when pushing clutch in to change gears it idles extremely high

Does it do it if you disconnect the idle air control valve ?
You need to know if its a vac leak or if the computer is making the valve open too far.

1992 dodge dakota heaterstopped working

More details are needed however it is most commonly, the fan motor. Be sure to check your coolant level as well. If the fan still works and your coolant level is good, then you may want to check the heater control valve, located on the hoses to your heater core. Good luck, and I hope this helps.

Need trouble codes 12,33,55

All three codes seem unrelated.... the turbo charger trouble code is especially strange as I can't imagine you have one on the Dakota.

P0012 "A" Camshaft Position - Timing Over-Retarded (Bank 1)
P0033 Turbo Charger Bypass Valve Control Circuit
P0055 HO2S Heater Resistance (Bank 1, Sensor 3)

The engine knocks at higher rpm, only at high rpms

First no matter what check the oil level and then if it's a high rev tapping you need to allow the oil to flow through the engine block to try to coat and settle your valves.

But if it's really " knocking " sounds like your lifters and rocker arms are allowing your piston rods to clatter and that needs to be looked into fast.
