When you push the rear button to activate the sunshade,it does not work. It will work if you use the touch screen only.
I have same issue, the shade work with the touch screen from radio but the rear button on the back between the heated seat button dont work. please help if you know, i have a 2013 300s v6.

I found how to get sun shade working with the rear button.there is a button to lock window on the driver door, when the lock is engaged the rear window and sun shade are controlable by driver only, when the lock is disengaged rear passenger may control window and sunshade via they own rear control. voila!

These are designed to have a bolt inserted into the small diameter hole and turned inwards, forcing the rotor off. In addition to that method, you can spray the center hub where the rotor slides over the hub assy with some penetrating oil and tap from side to side on the inside of the rotor and it will dislodge.

pull the door panel off an look to see if the striker rod for the lock is connected to the lock...u may want to have a service station look at it since pulling a door panel can sometimes be complex...u can easly break the plastic paneling if u have not removed door panels before
