2010 Audi Q5, 3.2 stalling when I come to a stop.

ive bought 500.00 beaters that have outlived every single audi ive ever owned and having owned part of several car dealerships literally hundreds of audis ive had a lot of audis ! to be entirely honest the united states should not allow vw to import these cars they are a complete hazard to everyone whom has to share the road with them ! with that being said ive replaced several hi pressure fuel pumps and it usually eliminates this problem the hi pressure pump on a 3.2 runs on your cam and often looses pressure the lobe on your cam also goes flat especially if you live in a cold climate the seals fail miserably! i highly doubt your tps is the problem these people are sucking you dry ! they want you to buy a new car ..ive had new audi dealers tell me my ecu was fried and my car would never run again scrap it i got a donor ecu bought a few hours subscription time to odis and put mabe 10 hours of my time into reprogramming a donor ecu and bam my scrap audi what the new car dealers called it was up n running ! dealers want to sell you cars ! not fix them ! check your fuel pressure i bet as it warms up your seals are not expanding with the pump so it wont hold fuel back the fuel bypasses and floods your motor as you slow down ! this also will happen when a motor is cold if you dont give it throttle as you start it

How do i get the code for the stereo for mi audi a4 1998

You will love this:

On the back of the radio code card (Which you clearly don't have.... But if you DID...) It says:

"Please detatch the radio card and keep it in a safe place - Not in the car.
If you should lose the radio card with the code number, please contact an Audo dealer. Assistance will be provided free of charge"

So, the answer it to approach an Audi dealer and ask them to prodide the code for you. Some dealers may (quite reasonably) ask you for the VIN of the vehicle and the serial number of the radio. Some dealers may also ask you to go in and produce your registration document as proof taht you are entitled to the code. SOME dealers may try to charge you for provision of the card. It's certainly worth having a serious argument if they try to charge you. Ask to talk to the service manager and if you still get refused free help, tell the manager that you are going to make a formal complaint about HIM to Audi directly. Generally, this will produce the required response.

Can you help me unlock my Audi A6 radio.

hi, the only place you can get this code from is the main dealers you use to be able to get them over the phone but they no longer do this as thieves were knicking the stereos then ringing up and getting the unlock code and then selling them on, so all car dealers now will only give the code out if you take the car to them and the owners documents and some id they wont charge for giving you this code but make sure you write it down for future reference.

Im sorry their is no easy fix for this problem but its going to be a case of taking the car to the main dealers and asking them for the code this will then solve your problem.

Let me know how you get on or if you need further assistance ok

Lost the key to S40 - nned to "program" with computer. Need help

the United states will do the samething. the volvo dealer here would need registration and proof of ownership first to cut or reprogram and key. they need the vin number. i would suggest maybe next time in florida, you can do this.

hope this fixes it. jeff

I just replaced the battery in my 2003 audi a4 quattro. Now when I turn on the car the light for the ESP system wont turn off. In the owners manual it tells me that I have to reset the engine management...

Try taking the car to an Audi dealer to reprogram the key.In some cases, depending on the country it was imported from ,it may take several attempts at programming to get it right.Your Audi dealer should do this at no charge. As for removing the battery, always clamp an alternate 12v source to the car cables so the vehicle does not lose a 12v source when changing batteries. These are complicated cars. You need to recode some systems after total loss of 12v.Once again the dealers will help.
Cheers
