Are you trying to replace one of the turn/hazard signal bulbs? If so, which one. The backside of the bulb will turn about a quarter turn and come out the back side of the housing then you can change the bulb out as usual.

SOURCE: i need to find where to replace the flasher on my
Chrysler Cirrus/Stratus/Sebring/Avenger/Breeze 1995-1998
Flashers - Replacement
Flashers are located
either on the bottom of the fuse block or on a module under the
dashboard. They are replaced by simply pulling them straight out. Note
that the prongs are arranged in such a way that the flasher must be
properly oriented before attempting to install it. Turn the flasher
until the orientation of the prongs is correct and simply push it
firmly in until the prongs are fully engaged.
