We do not have this info. Sorry. All the tool does is go into the teeth on the cams to hold then in position while you install the belt.

SOURCE: 2001 Volvo s40 oil leaking in turbo, smokes white

Water in combustion chamber makes white smoke--suspect that the head gasket is leaking water into the chamber. If oil leaking around turbo, it may have a bad bearing and bad oil seal. Check waste gate valve and control.

SOURCE: Timing marks set to get car back in timing so it can start

take out number one sparkplug, take the cam cover off. turn the engine of with a spanner on the bottom pulley. make sure number one piston is at TDC, now check to see if the inlet&outlet valves are close. and the piston is all the way at the top, do this with a long screwdriver to make sure it is.
if everything ok, then it will be a ignition problem.

SOURCE: I need cam timing settings

The timing marks on the cam gears align with the timing marks in the rear timing cover. The timing mark on the crank gear aligns with the timing mark on the oil pump assembly.
The tensioner is set by rotating the tensioner clockwise until the holes in the tabs on the left side of the tensioner are aligned, then tighten the center bolt.

Good day guys,i need to know how the timing marks must be on a 2006 ford focus 2.0tdci, i removed the head cause it blew head gasket, send to engineering, recon the head but the cam timing marks are gone,it...

Assuming the crank hasn't been moved you might need to turn it to top dead centre on cylinder one *before* fitting the head. (Pistons at each end at their highest points).
The timing mark on each cam is a 'dot' on the face of the cog. There will also be marked links on the chain itself that should be lined up with those dots. If you can't see the dots try looking at the back of the cog as it might have been fitted the wrong way round.
Some of the TDCi engines have lock pin holes fitted to each cog to trap it at top dead centre. You can use these as an extra reference method. (See Photo). The drill bits show the lock pin locations.

How do i aline cam shafts with cam gears on my b4204t engine

If no keyway then it doesnt matter what way they go back on ,what you do is bring engine to TDC with screwdriver down the plug hole then turn it back a bit then mount cams with the locating marks on the back of the cams which normally are a slot thats level with the head ,inlet valve on no1 should be up and to the left and the exhaust up and to the right then look at the slots if all aligned up the bring the piston on no1 up to the top and fit the belt ,leave the bolts in the cams and the crank loose tighten the belt then tighten the bolts in the cams as i dont think this engine has the old fashioned keyways but just a taper .
