2006 Jeep Liberty passenger rear door power window does not go up or down. When pushing button can hear the motor run but making a different noise.
When looking at the window I can manually slide up and down with little resistance.

Same problem on rear window.
Same problem but I cannot raise or lower manually. Did you find a solution?
I have had to have my left rear window regulator replaced 8 times now since purchasing my Liberty in 2006.
It just recently broke again and my warranty has run out. Does anyone know how to replace one of these yourself? I saw something for a 2002 but am unsure of the differences... any help?

2006 jeep liberty all window regulators on my jeep broke within the first 2 years warrenty was void for a month before my last window broke costing 360 for the part. we need class action law suite or protest out side of business or something. no more mony for chrysler. Obama
Same problem. My warrenty just ran out at 3 yrs/18,000 miles.
figures....
Bought my 2006 Jeep Liberty in December of 2006. The windows have fallen into the door 7 times within the last 2 1/2 years. Frustrated I have contacted a lemon law attorney to assist in my problem. Chrysler has offered a 6 year 60000 mile extended warranty at no cost to me but cannot guarantee me that the windows will not fall into the door again. It's more hassle than it's worth. I can not wait until this claim is settled so that I can get out of this piece of junk.
REAR DRIVERS SIDE WINDOW DROP INTO THE DOOR SHOULD B A RECALL!!!!!!
I am experiencing the same thing and am also just a few months out of my warranty. This stinks, I will not purchase a jeep ever again.
