Question about 2012 Honda CR-V LX 4dr SUV 2.4L 4-cyl. 5-speed Automatic
I took the car to the dealer on Monday and they thought they had it fixed by changing the zone that it was originally set to and recalibrating the system. It worked for half a day. Now back to it's old tricks. May recalibrate when starting the vehicle but eventually starts blinking and then it is stuck blinking. When blinking, you can't get to the recalibration screen from the Setup button.
I have same issue as Marlyn Paterno and my Honda dealer had it a whole day and could not find issue. So after charging me $150 to check the wiring, they told me it may be my GPS unit. I refused to pay another $200 with no guarantees. They had never seen this issue before where they set zone and then it changed zones and blinks (NE CAL. Or S CAL.) If anyone has any ideas, I'd appreciate it. My 2012 CRV has been doing this since summer 2013 off and on.

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.

Theres a transmission cooling sensor and somtimes the wire comes loose from other repairs being done around it. or its just out. its on the left side sitting on the tranny. THATS WHY your d4 light is blinking

your best possible solution is to take it to the dealer they most like ly will have to download a programing patch to repair the problem.

Hi, it could be that the screen is in the off position, press daylight/night button twice. From what I've read in other forums pressing that button twice turns the sat nav screen off. Buying an updated DVD will not solve the problem. you can also try a dvd cleaner.
Your lucky if your progress bar has fully loaded up. Mine hung up with about 2% and will not respond in any way now, I have to send it away to Alpine for fixing. Hope this helps

It's time for an oil change, then you reset the light.
With car off, press in your trip meter button on the gauges - while still holding it in, turn the key 2 clicks forward to power everything up but not to start it. Keep holding the button in until the light goes off. It will come on about 2 times per year reminding you to change your oil.
