Every thing else is working on the memory control except for the seat auto adjusting. No easy access when you pull the key out, no sliding back or forward, or up or down when pressing memory buttons. I've looked for a fuse but I'm not sure which one it is

Fuse # 20, located in the Junction Block (interior, drivers side). This is a ten amp fuse.

The heated seats in my jeep grand cherokee don't work, is there anything I can do ?

Check the fuse(s), then the relay, check the plugs under the seat (they can come undone), otherwise it might be a bad heater patch (meaning you need to replace it).

Heated seat repair grand jeep cherokee

There was a recall that just came out for the 2001 Jeep Cherokees. Would call Chrysler first to see if you qualify for them to fix it for free. http://www.automotive.com/2001/49/jeep/grand-cherokee/recalls/19161.html

The heating element in the seat could be bad. Check your fuse panel to see if it has a blow fuse.???

Heater seats dont work but light comes on.

Ok it is obvious since the light is coming on you are getting power to the switch. It could be a heated seat relay. Im fairly sure jeeps use a relay after the switch that is where I would start. Check and see if the Heated seat relay, and fuse are good

Heated seats are not working but light is on

Sounds like the same problem I had. I brought it to the Jeep dealer and they told me that the heating element in the seat stopped working. They told me that the only way to repair was to take the seat apart and replace the heating element in the seat. Of course they will charge you the standard $80 to tell you this. and then quote you $500 plus to repair. I can't even remember how much, I have decided it was not worth it.
