Where can I view a 1993 buick regal ignition removal instructions video? I have been trying but I am getting the run around.

Are you wanting to remove the ignition switch or the key cylinder? If it is the key cylinder and you have a tilt wheel, you'll need to rent the special tools necessary to remove the steering wheel and all the components under it to expose the cylinder. You'll have to disable the air bags before you do anything. The best way to do the job is to get a repair manual for the car at an auto parts store. It will give you a step by step instruction on how to do both the ignition switch and the key cylinder.

I have a 1993 buick regal and the key will not turn. We have not had any problems till now. We have tried moving steering wheel and nothing seems to help.

it could be a worn out key -- or a worn out / broken wafer in the lock cylinder,, or even just a stuck wafer (?) --
one thing you can try is to squirt a small amount of lubrication into the lock and cycle the key in and out a few times and see if it will free up. the next thing you can try is to look at your key and see if it looks worn,, if it does then you can have a locksmith shop try and read the key and cut you a key to factory specs,, this might work. the next thing is to just have a locksmith come out to your vehicle and replace the ignition switch and it will come with 2 new keys.. OR you yourself can tear down the steering wheel and replace the switch yourself. the new switches can be bought at your local auto parts store ( you will also want to buy the steering wheel puller and the compression plate compression tool to make sure you stay safe and ease in the removal and re-assembly of the sterring wheel parts ) -- ( these tools can also be rented from certain auto tool shops ).

I have a 1992 buick regal gran sport . i wanting to use it as a fwd race car. i bought it from an old lady does not know where the key is. i need to brake the ignition lock and wire it directly to a kill...

easier way to go about this would be just remove the lock cylinder would be alot easier than trying to break the steer wheel lock once cylinder is removed u can start car with a screwdriver or wire in push button if u want
far as kill switch goes hook that straight to the battery that will kill all power to car (must race tracks require it done this way too)

2002 buick regal won't start

I have a 2003 buick regal. I found a small cover or tab about 3/4 of an inch square under the bottom of the steering column cover. If you remove that tab and take a thin object , like a phillips screwdriver and shove it up that hole it will release the ignition so you can turn it back and pull out your key. What a great discovery!
