Can anyone pass on some advice concerning my 2001 Highlander leaks when it rains. I recently noticed that whenever it rains the carpet on the driver side gets soaked. I took it to the dealer and they...

I had similar on 02 Highlander. Source was leak from around window trim (rust) and roof racks connector entering and going down the windshield post behind the trim. Gently remove interior plastic trim piece to the left of the windshield to investigate any water coming down behind there. Find source, disassemble whatever is required and use something like Supra Expert to seal (not just cheap silicone).

Water on drivers side foor after it rains in my 1995 honda civic ex

Probably leaking around the windshield then running down the pillar garnish and under the edge of the carpet then showing up in the center of the carpet when it accumilates enough to soak up through the carpet.

Rain water leaking in drivers side vauxhall meriva

if this is a new shape meriva the problem is the wiper scuttle seal leaking water .it drips into the engine bay, onto the heater pipes and tracs into the cabin.Pour water onto the screen and look into the engine bay, just behind the engine and you will see it drip onto the heater pipes where they enter the bulkhead. It then tracs into the cabin and soaks the carpet. The problem is a foam seal on the scuttle panel when it should be a rubber one.One fix is to ensure that the seal where the heater pipes enter via the engine bay is dry and spray it and the pipes with underseal.Vauxhall are aware but dont have a solution?

Major water leak when it rains, water runs down driver side floor

Keep looking by covering area at hood etc and running water on the vehicle to locate where it is coming in---Windshield?

This is the best way if you cannot trace the stains from water to source.

During rain, water makes it inside the cabin behind the driver side. Where could it come from?

the floor pan plug under the carpet is either broken or fell out! or leaking look under the vehicle and find the hole and see if the plug is there

Water coming into cabin via fan

There are two possible reasons for this. The most likley one is the AC drain tube that sticks out from underneath the passenger side floor boards. This is a black rubber tube made of rubber and has a pinch at the end. You've got to take something like a pencil and clean out any debris(leaves, ferns etc.) and this will allow the condensate from the AC to drain out. Two is you may have a heater core leakage.
