BCM should be located on passenger side kick panel (under glove box to the right). You have to remove a panel.
2007 service manual remove it page, clear as day
BCM 3 fuse #4 30 amp - under hood fuse box . Plus there is a relay HVAC relay 30 - location -body control module . The BCM is located under right side front - center console
Possible shorted transmission harness or transmission shift solenoids. Disconnect the big connector at the transmission under the car and see if the short stops and fuses don't go.
You won't find it because........there isn't one. The BCM (body control module) controls the flash. If you have no sound it could be a defective speaker.

Is your air bag light lit ? If so it's not a fuse issue !
What are you trying to do? If you are trying to replace a Body Control module be careful. It is linked very closely to your security system and will prevent your car from starting permanently. BCMs are programed and can't be changed. They have to communicate with the PCM to start the car. In most gm cars they are located behind the glove box.
