if you are refering to a inertia switch like on a ford that kills the fuel pump in a crash, the saturn does not have one

if you have high resistance in secondary ign. system (plug wires, ign.coil) this will cause this code to set. make sure you are using a high quality spark plug wire set. not from autozone!!! and denso non platinum tipped spark plugs. also use a diaelectric grease on plug wires to keep moisture out.

SOURCE: Losing coolant in Saturn 1998 SC2
If the system is losing coolant to the outside world it should be visible as seepage or drops on the ground under the car.
If these signs are not apparent, an internal loss is possible via a leaking head gasket etc., but this would be show up as coolant in the oil or engine overheating.
If you can't find where the coolant is going, check that the system was properly filled after water pump replacement, with attention to bleeding out air. Air locks can cause a low coolant level after the air settles out.
It is always a good idea to check the system coolant level (when engine is cold) after the first couple of runs after coolant system re-fill.

p303 is a cylinder 3 missfire I woul first check the coil and then the ingnition module, Then if this dont work you could have a bad injector. If after testing and still no fix you should check the compression in that cyl.
