I had the same problem, I took it to the dealership they said the condensation from a/c was leaking into the pass. floor due to a crack, they sealed it up in about 10 min. it's been fine ever since.

You could have a leaking windshield seal, and its running down the inside of the dash and onto the mat. Has the windshield been replaced?

is it only when the ac is on? there is a pan under the ac unit that has a hole in it to allow the condensation to empty. if that hole gets plugged it could cause the condensation to build up and back into the inside of that car. i unplugged mine and floor stayed dry
