1: hot engine, yes.
2: hot core, yes. (water must flow and both tubes hot to core)
3: air flow through core, not. (fix cause, if blower is running on high
then the damper is closed.
do you need a drawing? the FSM covers that , all cars, factory service manual even shows every step, in diagnosis.
