You jest this is a new mechanism complete and a right so and so to get too the mechanism ,best get a body shop man on this .

If you disconnect the battery you must reprogram both windows by holding the button down until you hear it chime takes about 5 or so seconds. Repeat for the other window and this should solve the problem. This information should be in your owners manual, it is in mine

Unplug wire connector at wiper motor and test light with switch on, if power to plug most likely wiper motor shot, if no power to plug than its switch.

It just needs resetting.Hold each window switch down until you hear a click at the top and then go down all the way and hold until it clicks at the bottom of its travel.A low battery will cause this sometimes or a battery change.Tony/Hills Motors, San Mateo, CA

your roof motors are in need of new carbon brushes and, one or, both motor pinion gears are partially stripped of teeth

just double check that something didnt get jambed back there behind the seats and nothing is restricting it from comeing all the way up have someone control up and down then watch to see if its binding up some where this should be a smooth transaction
