The O/D off light is flashing on digital dash it's 3.0 turbo auto 1988. as well as that light the differential warning light comes on once the car travels a short distance approx 1/2 mile. Also the speedo isn't registering now just shows 0

You need to use a code reader that resets , or go to AutoZone, or omallys they will do for free

turbos can effect mass air flow sensors--chec the chilton manuals in ur librarys auto section

Yes replace the alternator Your auto part store can test it once you bring it down as well

The fuse panel is located underneath the dash, to the left of the steering column, next to the emergency brake pedal. You need to remove the under-dash insulation to access some parts of the fuse panel.

Maybe the sensor is bad...?

Measure your oil at normal operating temp, without the engine running of course. This will give you a more accurate reading once the oil has circulated in the system.

The system works like this:

• With the ignition on, the oil pressure indicator light on the dash should come on and flash. Once the engine is started, the light should go out and stay out as long as the engine is running.
• If the oil pressure drops below approximately 0.3 bar or 5 psi when the engine is running below 2000 rpm, the light will flash.
• If the oil pressure drops below approximately 1.8 bar or 27 psi when the engine is running above 2000 rpm for more than 3 seconds, the indicator light will flash and the buzzer will sound.

If either this two warnings occur:

• The engine should be switched off immediately and the oil level should be checked.
  

My idea is there will be a issue if you don't get the warning light attended to. There are several reasons for the light to warn you to get it checked. My idea is you should get it checked before you have to start walking.

Some Auto Part Stores will check your car for trouble codes for free. A scanner tool will check your computer memory to see what codes are being set which cause the check engine light to come on.

sometimes that means a bulb is no good or a flasher is no good. usually people at the auto parts store will help change those.

That orange light means that you must have your braking system check...most probably it's the pads wear indicators that are earthing warning you that the pads are worn.
