It is a cartridge type and is situated behind the engine near the body on the left side. You can see it clearly as it looks like a black can with a big nut on top. To make it easier when you look at your engine your fuel filter is on top and the oil is just left from it little down. Hope this helps.

Sorry did not notice the fuel filter question. It is easy as 123. All you need is just a right part for the MB, a torque key, and about 5 minutes of spare time.

Location of fuel filter of mercedes A160 ?

Follow the fuel line from the fuel tank to the engine. If it has an external fuel filter you will find it. If you find none then it has a fuel filter in the fuel tank that is non-replacable.

How much oil does my mercedes benz c class 2001 model need when doing an oil change

Not many cars go over the 5 qt. mark. Some big trucks do, and a lot of small cars stop at 4 qts. If you are not sure, put in the 5 qts, then check the oil. run it into the filter before checking. Hope this helps.

Where is the oil filter and how do you chage it on the 2008 C300?

To start just pop off the front half of the plastic engine cover. The oil filter is located up front; it's the black circle on the right-center-front.

You should loosen the oil filter with the cup wrench before you start the extractor. That will let the filter drain completely and let the oil flow more freely.

LOCATE FUEL FILTER ON 92' MERCEDES 300E

There is an in tank fuel screen where the fuel feed line screws into the bottom of the fuel tank. The is also a convertional fuel filter which is located just in front of the rear wheel on left or right side depending on model. I have a wagon and mine is on the right side. There is a plastic panel that you need to remove with a 10mm socket and a long extention. There are three screws to remove before you can get to the fuel pump/fuel filter area.
