Your fuel pump is inside the petrol tank. you will need some special tools to remove the pump. be very carefull not to brake any thing.

If you are talking of Voltage regulator, this thing is still enclosed with another metal box under the hood. This is based only on my first car 1978 Datsun 180B.You still have to open other metal box under the hood. Usually placed on the side near the fender. This should not be visible easily because of being a delicate electrical part. Hope you find it then

On older vehicles... loosen the bolt holding the distributer and turn a little clockwise or counter clockwise. If you have a timing light plug it into the spark plug wire of the #1 cylinder and look for the timing marks on the front of the harmonic balancer. But you could just wing it without a light.

No there is not. If the fuel pump needs to be replaced than the fuel tank will need to be dropped from the vehicle. This is a pretty easy tank to pull.
