Where is the fuel pump located on the 97 tiburon

It is located in driver's side in engine bay. Square box . This cutoff is a safety device to stop the fuel pump on case of impact.

i believe the 97 to 01 had a fuel pump inertia switch -02 and up dont have one --fuses and relays

My friend tells me that I can go through the inside of the car = pop a seat up and the straps will go in this way - I'll let you know if this works out for me and my 97 Tiburon!

@ the fuel pump(including ful filter and fuel pressure regulator

Fuel pump relay is located in the U/H (Under Hood) junction box (fuse/relay) panel.

2001 Hyundai Tiburon 2.0L MFI DOHC 4cyl
The Fuel Filter is located Under hood, passenger side, front side of strut tower, mounted on fenderwell.

Researched wiring diagrams for the fuel system on the 1004 Tiburon (4 & 6 clylinder engines). There is no fuel cut-off switch/circuit. There is only the fuel pump relay that supplies power to the fuel pump.
