Car won't stat

My car won't start in the first try. Some times takes me three tries just to started. I replaced the crank shaft sensor and the campshaft positioner sensor.I changed the fuel filter about two months from now.
I checked the gas regulator and gas is being pumped. But the car just won't star in the first try.

Every time I turn the switch on their's always a crank. So by process of elimination it's not the starter

plus about two years ago I tooked to the dealer ship. They changed the neutral switch and the ignition key. What's my next option?

Could also be a bad connection at the coil pack/module. This was my problem.

Have a 2001 lexus is300 with a code p1125 won't start what's wrong

The code is for a failed throttle control motor or circuit.
You might check to see if the throttle control is plugged in, otherwise you may need a shop manual to test the component.

1988 Olds Delta 88 has problem starting on the first try. I have pulled codes and replaced Cam Shaft Sensor and the Module. Sometimes it takes 4 or 5 tries before it finally starts.

have you tryed air mass flow sensor check and see if there are any vaccumm leaks too also if that fuel pump is getting bad it will take three or four trys to get fuel to your injectors. try turning the keyy three times before starting the car see if it has better results

2002 saturn sl won't start, turn over but won't start

Done cars have a kill switch if they are low on oil. Check your oil. If the oil is good, it may be the ignition switch.

2002 saturn sl won't start, turn over but won't start

If the engine fires up for a second or two with starting fluid then the fuel pump is weak.I would check the fuel pressure and if its not within the specs then replace the pump and filter.

Code p0340 on 2000 dodge intrepid

it might be the cam shaft sensor it might be the crank shaft sensor the best thing to do is replace them bolth. but it does sound like it may be either one because if one goes out the other will still work but when starting the car it will take longer for it to read from either or the one sensor that is still working because they work together to tell the system to deliver the gas. im pretty positive that it is either the cam or crank shaft sensor

Car would not start, after siiting for an hour it did start .

mcdevito75 here, BEST BET, let the shop do this work, too many un forseen problems could come up. The stalling and unable to start for a while could also be a bad ignition module, no test for this part, but I would have it changed, for if it is a bad ignition module, all this other work will not fix the stalling and later start of your car.

Car cranks but won't start. Diagnostic code says

I changed all the parts I mentioned and finally I decided to try the crank shaft sensor and if that didn't work I was going to replace the cam shaft sensor. Luckily the crank shaft sensor worked but only after I replaced all the other parts. But at least now it finally started.

Thsank you.

2005 Dodge Stratus ? Camshaft Position Sensor causing problems (I

I had the same problem with my '05 Stratus SXT 2.4 DOHC. I've replaced the cam pos sensor and it seems to be running fine right now. On the Dodge forums a lot of the guys say that you need to replace the crank pos sensor too. I've bought one of those just in case it comes back again. Hope this helps.
