SOURCE: snow button on my 2008 Highlander

The "snow" button sets the transmission to start off in second gear, and makes the accelerator less sensitive thus reducing the tendency to slip and slide. It also has the effect of reducing the power and responsiveness of the car. Try driving with the snow button "off" in "normal" snowy conditions and see how you go. Use "snow" for exceptionally icy conditions.

SOURCE: I have a 2006 Toyota

They may have used a chemical flush when they drained the system during it's service. It is normal to have some bubbles sometimes. Are you having overheating issues, heater not working, anything of this nature? Turn the heater on during normal operating temperature and drive around the block. Now, since it is hot outside, one trip should be sufficient. Don't kill yourself, lol. Look under the hood and see if this may have cured it. To have some bubbles is not catastrophic. As long as you are not having any issues, carry on. Please let me know if you are having any issues.

SOURCE: 2005 Highlander: I don't think four wheel drive is

Are you sure your vehicle is a 4 wheel drive version? Double check your model information to make sure. If it is, technically, it is all wheel drive - meaning the other wheels engage automatically when the vehicle detects that they are needed. I have an 05 Highlander AWD, too. Good choice. I love mine! Good luck.

What is the Timing Belt Change Procedure?

Unless you have moderate experience in mechanics, you might want to think twice about doing it yourself. Are you planning on changing the tensioner pulley and water pump while it's torn down? Many things to think about before jumping into a job where the whole front of the motor has to come off. Just my opinion. If you do try it, best of luck. I'd suggest a repair manual that covers your vehicle. It will give you step by step instructions for your job.

The problem is your CV joints have worn out and the only solution is to replace them. make sure to do both side as if you only do one the other will fail very shortly.

first you get the 24 inch wrench out of your tool box required for tensioner pulley then you read the install diag under your hood or can be got from the dealers service department 4 free
