check and see if you get water/coolant circulates when you have the cap off (only check from cold start) the original water pump came with a plastic impeller and tends to strip on the shaft also check your thermostat before replacing water pump.

check your radiator for blockage, and have your cylinder block check for blockage. If everything is ok there. it could be the cylinderhead gasket has blown, and need's replacing.

Kia pinanto 2004, l have to turn up the heating as the car seem to be over heating, is it the fan not working or the thermostat? how much would cost to fix? there`s no water leaking as l have checked.

If the bottom hose pipe is not as hot as the top hose pipe then you have a thermostat problem, but mak sure the radiator fan comes on when the temp reaches half on the guage.

My bmw 323i overheats about after 2 hours of driving my heaters work and i dont know why.

check if thermostat is stuck open as too much flow can cause this. start car cold and see how long top radiator hose takes to heat up. shoud stay cold for 3-4 minutes.
if thats ok check thermo fan operation- run can in drive way at idle for 20 + minutes untill fan starts, keep an eye on temp guage.

I have a bmw 92 325i. The engine keep over heating and then pipe connected to the radiator come off. I fix the pipe but it still over heat. The coolant level is good and it run with out over heating...

Hi,
I think you are referring to the radiator hose. There is one at the top of your radiator and one at the bottom.
It sounds like you had a build-up of pressure from overheating, which caused your hose to come off.
A major culprit for this is a sticking thermostat. If the thermostat does not allow coolant to flow through then engine, it will overheat quickly. This is not good for your engine. I would replace the thermostat. It is inside of a housing on your engine, which the top radiator hose is connected to. Be sure to get a new gasket for the housing.
I hope this helps... Good luck!

Overheating is a sign, and no heat coming from the heater is another.
