Hello,
I am sorry to tell you that the handle on the outside of your car connects to a rod that opens the door that is different from the one on the inside. It sounds that you need to replace your door handle.

need to remove the interior door panels and check all the linkages. One of them is a brittle plastic linkage that is famous for breaking, and bits get caught up in the travel path of the door handle. I had taht issue, and rebult all mine with aftermarket plastic linkages, and the metal parts I pulled from junkyard cars. No way to fix it without removing the interior door panels, but that is thankfully a pretty easy job.

don't know about your trunk...
but for the passenger door, it sounds like the linkage connecting to the outer handle is broken...on the inside trim, you can remove screws that are by the door handle,
arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the
panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want
to break them. You'll need to lift the door panel upwards in order to
get it off the window ledge.
