Where is the fuse box on my '99 Durango SLT 5.2?

. most likely you need to change the remote battery. It's responcable for many things working correctly. my daughters car locked on her and the alarm sounded and had to disconnect battery in her car to get alarm to stop. when a theft is in process the vehicle takes over and don't allow it to crank and the radio also stops working along with other things. so try battery first in remote.

Door locks unlock and lock by themselves

sounds like you alarm is malfunctioning or shorting out, look under the dash and try unplugging the alarm box and see if this stops the issue. if alarm has engine cutoff it wont start with alarm unplugged. i would test unplugging alarm first and seeing if it stops the issue , then deal with alarm cutoff. It is very common for low end alarm guys to miss wire alarms and over time many issues come up with electrical shorting out, ect.

2001 Windstar wont start i think it could be the factory alarm???

It's possible. I used to work at a ford dealership. We had problems with cars not starting after the alarm had been set off. The best bet would be to hit the unlock button on the factory remote a few times and then try to start it. There is not any way, that I know of, to disarm the alarm without the remote. If it comes down to it then you could buy a remote and send me an e-mail so that I can give you directions of how to program it. [email protected]
