Headlights blink off while driving

While driving the car the headlights will blink off and on randomly ( both headlights at the same time) but all other running lights and remain working. Bulbs appear to be good, fuses are good. Have checked as many wires as possible and can't duplicate problem.

Change the headlight switch they are most likely burnt, hence the connection makes and breaks when they get hot.

You have a poor connection somewhere, check all the connection point like where the wiring goes through the engine bulkhead, also check all the grounds, tighten them even if they appear tight.

Turnsignals normal with headlights off.But , blink real fast when headlights on

Check you running light bulb.. some of those have two elements in them and one side could be blow inside the single bulb. The blinking is how the car tells you that you have a bad bulb, or maybe a short. Mostly likely it just a bulb.

1995 dodge 1500 ram headlights randomly go off while i'm driving

I would lean towards the headlamp relay. They are cheap and easy to replace. Try that and see.

2002 Impala, headlights work however they blink

This may be the start of a worse problem that the Impala eventually developes. The Body Control Module has a design flaw along with the Passlock anti-theft system. You may get away with just replacing the BCM for now. It needs to be reprogrammed at the dealer and the car will not start if you replace the BCM without reprogramming it. I would also recommend against replacing it with a remanufactured one. Repair cost is going to be around $500 at the dealer.

If the Passlock system is also at fault, add another $500 for a new ignition switch and cylinder. If you haven't experienced random starting problems yet, they are coming soon. When you turn the key, nothing happens. I thought my 2002 Impala may have been immune to these problems that I've heard about constantly, however, at 90,000 miles, it became "possessed". The symptoms started slowly and got worse. Beside the interior lights flashing like strobs in the middle of the night (while the car was not running), the headlights would occasionally click off and on a few times while I was driving at night.

The relay switch you hear clicking is the Battery Rundown Protection relay. I'm suprised your battery hasn't drained to the point where the car will not start in the morning.

Headlights randomly turning on and off,

with lots of the early 90's vehicles headlight malfunction can be caused by a disfunctional alternator either you may need to replace the alternator or sometime what can happen is the belt may be to loose if its not either of these you may just need a new battery

Headlights

Check the fuse for the headlights; pull the fuse out and plug it back in a few times to wipe the oxides off of the contacts.

It needs a new headlight(or multifunction) switch, or you can just not use the automatic setting.
