You're going to need to visually inspect for leaks and if no external leaks are evident I suspect your head gaskets are leaking again - check oil for coolant in oil - it will look milky
Did you mean serpentine belt? If so you need to route the belt by beginning at the bottom around a/c pump and crankshaft pulleys then to the right of water pump pulley, right of tensioner pulley, down to power steering pump pulley, then you use either a 3/8 ratchet or a 15mm socket to rotate tensioner down to the right. this method will allow you to install the belt over the altenator pulley. perform a good visual inspection . good luck
Go to your local auto parts store and rent a coolant pressure tester, it's a hand pump with a radiator cap on the end, so you simply install it instead of the radiator cap, pump it up to about 10psi and visually look for the leak, should be easy to find. If that fails you could also try a dye test, ask about it at the auto parts store for more information.
It sounds like your water pump is going out. Water pumps have a weep hole on them and when the seal is going out it will start leaking. Also you shouldn't have any play on the pulley.
