Nissan armada Tire Pressure Sensor Stays on

One of my tire pressure sensors stays on put the pressure is perfect. Any ideas?

I have replaced lots of Tire Pressure Monitor (TPM) sensors due to dead batteries. The batteries are not replaceable, so you have to replace the whole sensor, which is part of the valve stem.

You will have to take your vehicle to your local dealer because they have to use CONSULT-II, the Nissan scan tool, to program the new sensor to the vehicle.

These sensors usually run in the $100 range.

Be sure to verify tire pressure of your spare tire too. They have started including tire pressure sensors on them as well as your 4 tires in use.

We have checked the all four tires for pressure and even checked the spare tire for pressure. Light still stays on and yes we have tried holding the button down to turn off the light. please help!
You have a defective or lazy sensor in one of the tires. You can try letting out as much air as possible in each tire, then refill each tire,checking the pressure with a gauge of course. This may reset the TPM (tire pressure monitor sensor)

The tire pressure guage is on. All tires have been checked and filled with air. Now the light won't go out. How do I reset it?
Some pressure monitor systems won't reset until the car has been driven for a distance at highway speeds.

If the sensor continues to stay on, then you may have a faulty sensor. It will be tricky to diagnose which tire has the faulty sensor though

U probably just have a bit of rust holding it on, a kick should do it, provided that u raise the car high enough to get the weight off the car and removed all the lug nuts :)

Check the driver door for recommended pressure. All cars have a label attached to the door with this info (driver door or door post). Let me know if u have any trouble finding it.
