Answer
1. Remove the dust cover from behind the bulb that needs replacement.
2. Unplug the bulb.
3. Taking note of the bulb orientation, unhook the bulb retaining clip from the tang that holds it in place.
4. Remove the bulb.
5. Install the new bulb in the same orientation and clip in place.
6. Reconnect the electrical connector to the bulb.
7. Reinstall the dust cover.

Alternatively, if the bulb is burned out and you have less than 60,000 miles, you should take the car to the dealer and let them do it for free for you.

Headlight bulbs: Burn out too often

I also having this problem with my Hyundai elite I20. My head light is also blew up 4 time in a year & finally gave my car to my nearest Hyundai dealer. They check out the problem and put my headlight for free as I was having warranty. Now my headlights are working good and hadn't replace the bulb since a year.
This was my experience, as you have Hyundai Sonata , either you should check out your nearest Hyundai dealer or here I am attaching you a video if you want to alone solve out this problem/issue of head light.

Headlight replacement on a 2006 Hyundai Sonata

I'll assume you want to change the bulbs, not the headlamps themselves. I've listed the steps below to change the bulbs. Both sides use the same procedure
STEPS TO REPLACE HEADLIGHT BULB

Bulbs keep burning out

When you replace headlights in today's cars, DO NOT TOUCH THE GLASS OF THE BULB!. Handle the bulb only with the packing material the bulb ships in, or with a clean dry cloth. The oils in your skin will cause premature failure of the bulb.

Also, check the sockets (car side) carefully to make sure they are not burned.
