I think that it wouldn't be a good idea to use en electric arc welder as the current generated by the welding poles could damage small integrated components. May be you sould try drilling them out instead.

What is the location and number of fuse for outside mirrors on 2007 Audi Q7

First, I'm not a Audi mechanic.
* check warranty. call for service.

*** following for information only ***
* There seems to be a dispute on the mirror "fuse"; https://www.audiworld.com/forums/q7-discussion-112/q7-driver-side-mirror-fuse-2891055/
* Forum also suggests there is no fuse or to check fuse panel; https://www.audiworld.com/forums/s4-rs4-b5-platform-discussion-6/power-mirrors-arent-working-cant-find-fuse-check-manual-help-1439762/

* Okay, There are fuses but it's to the "Control Unit" and not the mirror motor. So yes, there is a fuse and no it's not to the mirror but the controller of the mirror.

* Final, based on the complex answers and detailed repairs. I suggest having the Audi people perform the repairs.

Where audi Q7 starter relay location

Alright it gets complicated...
I'm assuming you have a 4L (2005-2015) model.
It will be in the under bonnet (hood) relay panel.

It can be any two of five relays depending on engine and year!
For petrol engine models up to June 2009 it's relays A1 and A2.
For petrol engine models from June 2009 it's relays A5 and A6.
For diesel engine models (3.0 and 4.2) it's relays A5 and A6.
For diesel engine models (6.0 V12) it's relays A2 and A4.

For all fuse and relay information (RHD & LHD) see here:

WHERE IS THE NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL ON AN AUDI Q7? WE NEED TO JUMP START A NEIGHBOURS CAR... WE HAVE FOUND THE POSITIVE TERMINAL...

Hi, When jump starting this vehicle make sure that the Q7 is connected first, then connect to the jumper vehicle. Connect 1 lead to the positive on the Q7 and the negative to a good solid body part or engine part. This will then ensure that the vehicle will start on the jumper vehicles battery directly without going through the Q7 flat battery causing the electronics to strain.
Hope this helped.
Thanks
