just look for a ford fiesta its the ame engine ,head bolts are around 55lbs as i recall .

We have no parts resources of any kind, but that said you can try auto salvage yards, there are hundreds all over the USA. Just do a used part search and lots will pop up in the search results.

Have you looked in the fuel tank?

Buy a cheap shop manual for complete instructions and proper torque values. Much better than relying on some expert's memory.

is it the gearbox or throttle body

could try running some injector cleaner with premium gas

bantam?
most cars, MPI injection the injector form a sandwich.
between the fuel rail, and the intake front tunnel tubes.
so remove the rail,
step s
remove battery neg lug, so some, odd person dont try to start car.
depressurize the fuel system per FSM.
then remove injector conn plugs.
the unbolt rail. bingo.

the FSM covers this, ask ford parts counter for this book.

check the vaccuum pipe to the brake booster ,sounds like the booster is not receiving vacuum to power assist your brakes
