My 98 Buick Regal is starting but it won't turn over.. I'm thinking it's the relay wire. Can you please tell me where that would be located? I was having some issues with the coil relay, and recently I was told that the wire was pulled. I need to insert it back, please tell me how.

if serpentine, then it should be on the fan shroud or the radiator cover...

In a lot of cars, the flasher relay is built into the hazard light button - yours may be as well. The simple fix is to go to a parts store, ask for the hazard relay for your car, and have them show you - if it's built into the hazard button, you'll be handed a new button.
