Where are all the relays located in a 98
I think it's above the cowl in the engine compartment. Download the 99 owners manual and turn to page 6-62

SOURCE: cooling fan dosent come on when temperture
You seem to have a bad cooling fan switch...it's connected to the side if the engine and when it gets too hot it turns on your cooling fans. The switch doesn't cost that much, $10 to $15 and takes all of about 15 minutes to replace.

In the underhood fusebox -- on the right hand side; the second relay in from the right. You have to remove cover to gain access to fuse box.
