2006 Land Rover Range Rover Sport windshield wipers stop working in auto mode and when shefted to low, medium and high--they only work when in high speed...any solutions?

My windshield wipers stop working last week. They only work in high and manual(when you push down to wipe the windshield once) speed-when in high speed they will randomly stop. Also, my left head light does not come on when in auto mode. I have to turn off lights then turn back on to auto and the left head light will turn on...could these problems be connected?

Most of the time it is the fuse for the squirters. If it is blown the wipers will not work even if the fuse is good. Check the 15 amp fuse just below the wiper fuse. "2nd one down on right side column under steering wheel.

Windshield wipers on 2006 range rover hse stopped working in mid windshield. Tried all switch positions and checked F29 fuse.

could be the linkage of the arms broke or possibly the wiper motor died. sometimes the magnets in the motor separate from the housing.

Range rover 2006 sport diesel auto trans not shifting in D mode only shift in triptonic I change trans control module but its showing u3000 code now what to do?

the transmission control module has to be programmed to the vehicle using suitable diagnostic equipment. the code you have got i suspect is telling you that, all the modules on modern vehicles communicate with each other via. the can and scp networks to work correctly. if that has not been done, that is more than likely the problem, or the road speed signal may be missing but i suspect you would have other fault codes logged. hope this helps. ps. i worked for a jaguar franchise before i retired, they use the same systems, same company.

Wipers stopped working & central locking system stopped working on my 2003 range rover

The alarm and the central locking are all part of the remote keying system. You will not fix it with changing fuses because it is likely the ECU needs to be be reset. Unfortunately, it will require a visit to an authorised workshop to do this
