When I close my vehicle trunk, the trunk doesn't stay securely locked, and instead, always "pops" open.
To effectively fix this annoying problem, should I replace the Trunk Latch or the Latch Assembly part that's located on the inside of the trunk?
At all costs, I want to avoid having to take my car to a local Honda dealership to repair the Trunk Latch problem.
You need to replace the Latch assembly part thats located inside the trunk
Thanks
Sebring trunk will not close
Check the trunk latch properly if its slightly cracked or got loose this should cause this problem.

hi, my trunk won't release. my son says that it is rusted and the upper and lower latch don't seem to be connected. was wondering how much it would cost to fix. Thanks!
